Recovery Support

I connect individuals and families with counseling, medication management, and recovery resources.

Personalized Recovery Connections

A thoughtful starting point for finding support that fits your circumstances.

A More Personal Way to Find Recovery Support

I begin by listening to what you and your family are experiencing, including immediate concerns, existing supports, and goals for recovery. Together, we identify the types of help that may be most useful, from counseling and medication management to community-based resources.

You receive clear information and practical guidance without pressure to make every decision at once. I help organize possible next steps and connect you with appropriate services, so the path forward feels more understandable and manageable.

  • Clients needing help coordinating support

How It Works

  1. Share Your Needs: We discuss your situation, priorities, and current support system.

  2. Explore Options: I help identify counseling, medication management, and recovery resources that may fit.

  3. Plan Next Steps: We clarify practical connections and actions for moving forward.
